INVITATION TO QUOTE FOR THE PROVISION OF EVENT PLANNING SERVICES FOR A RECEPTION TO COMMEMORATE SINGAPORE’S 59TH NATIONAL DAY IN PRETORIA ON THURSDAY, 29 AUGUST 2024, 4PM


You are invited to quote for the provision of Event Planning Services for a reception to commemorate Singapore’s 59th National Day in Pretoria on Thursday, 29 August 2024, 4pm.


Interested Vendors should contact the Singapore High Commission at pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg (opens in new tab), and copy to anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) to request a full set of the quotation documents


Your proposal should be submitted to the following e-mail address pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg (opens in new tab), and copy to anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) and be addressed to Mr Anand Raj. 


Please indicate the subject as “Event Planning Services for the Singapore High Commission – NDR 2024”. All submissions should reach the High Commission not later than 31 July 2024, 1700hrs (South African Standard Time). Please note that any proposals received after the stipulated date and time, for whatever reasons, will not be considered and will be disqualified.


A compulsory briefing will be conducted at the Singapore High Commission.  Interested vendors should contact Mr Anand Raj at: +27 (078) 074 5433 / pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg (opens in new tab) and anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) to register and make an appointment for the briefing.  Any enquiries regarding the specifications may also be made to Mr Anand Raj.


The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any Quote. All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by you.


All information supplied to you by the High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.


The High Commission reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out the quotation documents.


Your response should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 60 days from the closing date of this invitation.
