To: All Potential Tenderers


You are invited by the Government of the Republic of Singapore, as represented by the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Pretoria, to participate in this Invitation to Quote (“ITQ”) for the supply of one (1) automatic transmission vehicle to serve as the High Commission’s official vehicle.


Interested suppliers should contact the Singapore High Commission at pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg (opens in new tab), and copy to wong_whye_mun@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) and anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) should you have any queries.


Your proposal should be submitted to the e-mail address at pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg (opens in new tab), and copy to wong_whye_mun@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) and anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) be addressed to Mr Wong Whye Mun.


Please indicate the subject as “Supply of vehicle to the High Commission of Singapore”. All submissions should reach the High Commission not later than 11 October 2024, 1700hrs (South Africa Standard Time). Please note that any proposals received later than the stipulated date and time, for whatever reasons, will not be considered and will be disqualified.


You may propose amendments to the Conditions of Contract at Annex B or submit your own set of Conditions of Contract, order form, and/or other requirements as part of your proposals for consideration. You may also submit multiple models in your proposal.


All information supplied by the High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to a third party.


The High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Pretoria do not bind themselves to accept the lowest tender offer, the whole or any part of the tender offer, and are under no obligation to justify their decisions.


Your response should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the closing date of this invitation.
