INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE FACILITY REFURBISHMENT WORKS (REPLACEMENT OF CARPETS AND UNDERFLOOR HEATING SYSTEMS, AND PAINTING) FOR THE HIGH COMMISSION OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN PRETORIA


You are invited to participate in the Invitation to Quote (ITQ) for the facility refurbishment works (replacement of carpets and underfloor heating systems, and painting) for the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Pretoria (hereinafter referred as “the High Commission”).


Interested vendors should contact the High Commission at pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg (opens in new tab), and copy to anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) to request a full set of the ITQ documents.


Your proposal should be submitted to the following e-mail address pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg (opens in new tab), and copy to anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) and be addressed to Mr Anand Raj. 


Please indicate the subject as “Facility Refurbishment Works for the Singapore High Commission – [Name of Vendor]”. All submissions should reach the High Commission not later than Friday, 6 June 2025, 1700hrs (South African Standard Time (SAST)). Please note that any proposals received after the stipulated date and time, for whatever reasons, will not be considered and will be disqualified.


A compulsory briefing will be conducted on Friday, 30 May 2025, 1100hrs (SAST), beginning at the High Commission, followed by a visit to the Official Residence. Interested vendors should contact Mr Anand Raj at: +27 (078) 074 5433 / pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg (opens in new tab) and copy to anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg (opens in new tab) to register and make an appointment for the briefing. [Note: Access to the briefing venues will not be permitted without a prior appointment.] Any enquiries regarding the specifications may also be made to Mr Anand Raj.


The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any Quote. All cost or expenses related to preparing the Quote will be borne by the supplier.


All information supplied to you by the High Commission, either in writing and/or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.


The High Commission reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this notice and the requirements listed in the respective Annexes (request from Mr Anand Raj).


Your response should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 90 days from the closing date of this invitation. 


Please be informed that the schedule of Quotations received will be made available on the bulletin board of the High Commission. Additionally, the notice of award will also be displayed on the same bulletin board upon the conclusion of the evaluation process.
