INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW GENERATOR FOR THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE OF THE HIGH COMMISSIONER OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN PRETORIA

Dear Sir/Madam,

INVITATION TO QUOTE (ITQ) FOR THE SUPPLY AND INSTALLATION OF A NEW GENERATOR FOR THE OFFICIAL RESIDENCE OF THE HIGH COMMISSIONER OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE IN PRETORIA

You are invited to submit a quote for the supply and installation of a new generator for the Official Residence of the High Commissioner of the Republic of Singapore in Pretoria, located at 306 Lawley Street, Waterkloof, Pretoria, 0145, Republic of South Africa.

Interested Suppliers should contact the High Commission of the Republic of Singapore in Pretoria (hereinafter referred as “the High Commission”) at pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy to anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg to request a full set of the quotation documents.

Your proposal should be submitted via e-mail to pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg, and copy to anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg and be addressed to Mr Anand Raj. 

Please indicate the subject as “Supply and Install a New Generator for the Official Residence of the Singapore High Commissioner”. All submissions should reach the High Commission not later than Tuesday, 31 March 2026, 1700hrs (South African Standard Time). Please note that any proposals received after the stipulated date and time, for whatever reasons, will not be considered and will be disqualified.

A compulsory briefing will be conducted at the Singapore High Commissioner’s Official Residence.  Interested Suppliers should contact Mr Anand Raj at: +27 (078) 074 5433 / pretoria_procurement@mfa.sg and anand_raj_narayanasamy@mfa.gov.sg to register and make an appointment for the briefing.  Any enquiries regarding the specifications may also be made to Mr Anand Raj.

The High Commission does not bind itself to accept the lowest, the whole or any quote. All cost or expenses related to preparing the quote will be borne by you.

All information supplied to you by the High Commission, either in writing or orally, must be treated in confidence and not disclosed to any third party.

The High Commission reserves the right to disqualify you if you do not submit your response in a manner consistent with the provisions set out in this letter and the requirements listed in Annexes.

Your quote should remain valid for acceptance for a minimum of 60 days from the closing date of this invitation.
